m3 REAL ESTATE, a leading real estate player in Geneva, opens an office in Zurich to get closer to investors and owners in German-speaking Switzerland and advise them on the acquisition or management of their portfolios in Geneva.

m3 REAL ESTATE gets the year off to a flying start! Led by Teresa Astorina, well established in German-speaking Switzerland, the opening of an office in Zürich was obvious: “In line with our growth strategy, m3 is expanding in Zürich to create a genuine bridge between German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland. Institutional or private owners based outside the Sarine District but with properties in Geneva must be advised and accompanied by professionals from the local market.” Whether for the management of residential or commercial buildings, m3 REAL ESTATE today offers 360° real estate services with complete knowledge of the issues and the market. Teresa Astorina, CEO of m3 REAL ESTATE, stresses that “It is essential for an owner to rely on a local player without which the management of property will require oversized efforts in relation to performance.” In addition to managing real estate portfolios, m3 aims at attracting German-Swiss investors in order to define and optimize their investment strategy or sale of assets. Due to the scale and diversity of m3’s network (family office, HNWI, developers, etc.) clients can avail themselves of the best off-market opportunities throughout Switzerland. m3 operates from a beautiful address: after having invested last spring in premises in Geneva’s Cornavin train station, it has set up its new office opposite the Zürich train station. The Zürich team is headed by Reto Bernet, expert in real estate and finance and active in these fields for 20 years. He is supported by Yang Zhao, who, among other things, benefits from his experience in cooperating with Chinese real estate developers. m3 REAL ESTATE moves, is overflowing with energy and is pleased to announce the release of its magazine devoted to the world of accommodation. We’ve named it FLAT.

FLAT, the interior on paper,” arrives on the French-speaking Swiss market. All aspects of design and accommodation, an extremely dynamic sector, are discussed, from ideas for development and the selection of good addresses in the region, to interviews with designers and real estate experts and visits to flats and houses. Issued four times a year, FLAT’s 84 pages offer a wide range of visual and editorial content. Through high-value articles written by professional journalists, and also illustrations, computer graphics and original photographs, FLAT has one objective: to enable the Swiss public to find inspiration for decorating their home interiors and exteriors as well as their workplace. “It’s not only a magazine that provides something visual,” explains CEO Teresa Astorina. “It’s also a magazine that demands to be read – it’s sharp and accessible, technical and elegant. In other words, it puts intelligence into today’s aesthetics. FLAT is the result of our leitmotiv: ‘Think different’”. FLAT will be sold in kiosks in French-speaking Switzerland and will mainly feature regional players (boutiques, craftspeople, designers, architects, etc.). “FLAT is a real medium of communication and renown for m3 and we offer our clients proximity to a distinctly Genevan magazine, a guide to be kept in their library, a magazine that provides accessible advice to a demanding readership based in Geneva and its surroundings,” says Charlotte Henry, Marketing & Communications Manager. This new concept in the region allows FLAT to respond to an important demand: magazines devoted to interior design are mainly occasional supplements of newspapers or foreign publications. The first issue of 20,000 copies will be released on news stands on November 9th. Published by m3 REAL ESTATE, FLAT is entirely produced by the Geneva press agency LargeNetwork, which has more than 15 years’ experience in launching and managing publications with high editorial added value.
